- HMO Health Plans offer health services provided through the HMO network of health care providers. Members must choose a primary care physician who will manage the comprehensive health care of the individual. Plans include low out-of-pocket costs, direct access to specialists without referrals.
- Short Term Health Plans are for those who need health coverage for only a short time. Length of coverage is from 30 to 185 days. All plans offer benefits for in-network care.
- Medicare Supplement Plans are designed to "fill the gaps" in Medicare.
